Bab Al Zahiah Typing & Documents Copying provides typing, document preparation, PRO support, visa assistance, Emirates ID support, medical typing support, business setup assistance, trade license support, renewal services, insurance-related assistance, and other related document services.

We are an independent service provider. We are not a government authority.

2. Independent Service Provider

typing.center is not owned, operated, or controlled by any UAE government department.

We may assist customers with preparing, submitting, or following up on applications through relevant government portals, approved channels, or third-party service providers. However, the final decision on any application is made by the relevant government authority, licensing authority, immigration authority, insurance provider, free zone, medical center, or other related entity.

We cannot guarantee approval, processing time, fee amount, or final outcome.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Use the website for fraud or illegal activity
Submit false, misleading, expired, forged, or unauthorized documents
Attempt to damage, hack, overload, or misuse the website
Copy or reuse our website content without permission

We may refuse service if we suspect fraud, misuse, illegal activity, forged documents, or unauthorized document submission.

This includes names, passport details, visa details, Emirates ID details, mobile number, email address, trade license details, sponsor information, company information, rent or lease details, and any other information required for the service.

We are not responsible for delays, rejection, penalties, fines, losses, or extra charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, expired, false, or late information provided by you.

5. Document Submission

When you submit documents to us, you confirm that:

The documents are genuine and valid
You are authorized to share the documents
The information is correct
The documents belong to you or you have permission from the document owner
You understand that documents may be used to process the requested service

Documents may include passport copies, Emirates ID copies, visa copies, photos, trade licenses, tenancy contracts, company documents, family documents, salary documents, insurance documents, and other service-related documents.

We may reject a service request if documents are unclear, expired, incomplete, incorrect, or not accepted by the relevant authority.

6. Quotations and Estimates

Any price, fee, cost, calculator result, or quotation shown on our website or shared by our team is an estimate unless clearly confirmed as a final invoice.

Government fees and authority charges may change without notice. Final fees may depend on the authority system, application type, customer profile, nationality, activity, legal form, document status, visa status, insurance requirement, medical requirement, Emirates ID requirement, external approvals, and other case-specific factors.

For business setup and license services, estimated costs may include separate charges such as:

SEDD fees
Trade name fees
Chamber of Commerce fees
Immigration fees
Establishment card fees
eChannel fees
MOHRE fees
Medical fitness fees

Our website calculator is for planning only. It is not a final government invoice.

7. Service Fees

Our professional service fee is charged for consultation, document checking, typing, form preparation, application support, follow-up, coordination, and related service work.

Service fees are separate from government fees, authority fees, third-party fees, insurance fees, medical fees, Emirates ID fees, visa fees, courier fees, payment gateway fees, and other charges.

For example, if we advertise a service fee “starting from AED 1,000”, this means our service charge only. It does not include government or third-party charges unless clearly stated in writing.

8. Payments

Payment may be required before starting the service, during processing, or before final delivery, depending on the service type.

We may accept payment through cash, bank transfer, payment link, card payment, or any other method offered by us.

You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, including:

Our service charges
Government fees
Authority fees
Third-party fees
Bank or payment gateway charges, if any
Extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete documents
Re-application or amendment fees, if required

We may pause or stop processing your request if payment is not received on time.

9. Government and Third-Party Fees

Government fees, authority fees, visa fees, medical fees, Emirates ID fees, insurance fees, payment gateway fees, and other third-party charges are controlled by the relevant authority or provider.

These fees are not controlled by Bab Al Zahiah Typing & Documents Copying.

If a government authority, insurance provider, medical center, immigration system, licensing authority, or other third party changes its fees, requirements, or rules, the customer must pay any difference or extra amount required.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the service status and the type of fee paid.

Our service fee may not be refundable once we have started work, prepared documents, checked requirements, submitted an application, created forms, followed up with an authority, or provided consultation.

Government fees, authority fees, payment gateway fees, insurance fees, medical fees, Emirates ID fees, visa fees, and other third-party fees are usually non-refundable once paid or submitted, unless the relevant authority or provider approves a refund.

If a refund is approved by a government authority or third-party provider, the refund will be subject to that authority’s rules, timeline, deductions, and process.

We do not guarantee refund approval from any government authority or third party.

11. Cancellation

You may request to cancel a service before submission or before work has started.

If work has already started, service charges may apply. If an application has already been submitted to a government authority, immigration system, licensing authority, insurance provider, or other third-party platform, cancellation may not be possible.

Any cancellation after submission will depend on the rules of the relevant authority.

12. Processing Time

Any processing time shared on our website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person is an estimate only.

Actual processing time may depend on:

Government system availability
Authority approval time
Customer document readiness
Missing or incorrect information
Public holidays
Weekend delays
Payment delays
External approval requirements
Medical, Emirates ID, insurance, or immigration procedures
Technical issues on government portals
Rule changes or additional verification

We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, third-party platforms, technical issues, or customer-related delays.

By sending documents through WhatsApp, email, or website forms, you confirm that you want us to use those documents for the requested service.
