Our role
Bab Al Zahiah Typing Center is an independent professional typing and document services provider. We are not a government authority. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf, but all approvals, rejections, fees, timelines, and requirements are decided and controlled by the relevant UAE government authority.
No guarantee of outcome
We take care to prepare accurate, complete applications, but we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any visa, Emirates ID, labour, business, or other government application. Decisions rest entirely with the relevant authority.
Fees
Our service fees are separate from government fees and any third-party charges (such as insurance premiums). We confirm fees before starting work. Government fees are set by the authorities and are payable in addition to our service fee.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, genuine, and complete documents and information. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents are not our responsibility. You confirm that any documents you provide are lawfully yours to submit.
